Service Issues Impacted the Experience
inattentive staff long wait times
The hotel's location is excellent. It made exploring the area easy.
I had some issues with the service. Staff were not consistently attentive. I waited an unreasonable amount of time to place an order. The staff did not check back to see if I needed anything else. It was frustrating.

A dream stay!
nice staff excellent food room amenity
The staff are nice and always ready to help. The food is excellent. Our room had every amenity I could ever want. I will return to this hotel.
The spa did not feel much like a spa to me. I fell near the pool, and hurt myself. They only offered a small discount, but I expected more care.

totally fabulous stay!
central location friendly staff delicious breakfast super clean room
i loved how the hotel sat right in the heart of everything. the staff was so friendly. breakfast was yummy. they helped arrange a really cool day at the lobster club in puerto portals! the room was kept super clean always.
the spa wasn't really much of a spa, i expected a bit more.

the hotel's spot is prime, right on the main square, so everything is super close. you can easily walk to historic landmarks and great restaurants, its perfect!

the beautiful room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the room faced the square and received ample sunlight it felt super clean. the hotel gym featured a central location this.
the lavabo abfluss in the bathroom was undicht

Adequate stay in a central location
central location efficient check-in rude staff poor food
The hotel's location is very central. It is just opposite the town hall near a pedestrian zone, so it was easily accessible by taxi. Check-in was efficient, as was check-out. Most sightseeing spots were reachable with a short walk from the hotel.
I went for breakfast, and it was a bit of a disaster. The staff was rude, and the food was very poor. I had to send it back twice (I am not usually picky). The cooked breakfast was wrong. The egg was broken, it was swimming in oil, and the food was cold.
